Buffalo Chip Ribfest Food Vendor Application

The Ribfest Challenge Entry Fee is $225. If you wish to vend food other than ribs, you must first enter and pay for the rib challenge contest and then fill out a food vendor application form. If your food vending application is accepted you must pay the additional vendor fee to serve food other than ribs.

NOTE: NO RIBS, NO BARBEQUE!

NOTE: This is an application, not a guarantee of acceptance. Vendor selection is based on date application received and proper blend of menu items. Vendors will be notified of acceptance by May 1, 2024. Payment is required then.

Set up is from 7:00AM to 10:00AM (no vehicle access after 9:00AM)
Ribfest is held from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Booth space is 10x10. You must be fully contained (condiment tables, trailer hitches, coolers, canopies, etc) in the space you paid for. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY!
You need to provide your own tables, extension cords, garbage cans and tent.
***If you are cooking with grease, you must have your fryers on plywood.
Electricity is provided
INCLUDE A PHOTOCOPY OF YOUR STATE HEALTH DEPARTMENT FOOD LICENSE WITH YOUR APPLICATION.

VENDOR NUMBER IS LIMITED. *30 FEET MAXIMUM
